The birds sang in chorus, your voice, my delight; woke me from reality, an angel in twilight. Something had been taken, I searched, found no clue; too green to comprehend, that feeling so pure, so true. Teen years in between, since then, until today; I’ve longed for my heart, forever and a day.
Life’s whirlpool turns, dreams and wishes it churns. Like sand from your hand, time slips, never returns. Like a story told, let life unfold. Rush not to the paradise, feeling apparently wise. That will be yours, whatever’s meant to be. Life's pages are turned, not by you and me.
And I read this, and was "wordless". Very well expressed. :)
