30 Day Challenge: Plank + Skipping Rope
My 30 Day Challenge for the month of May is to get my fitness level up to compete well in the Inland Enterprise Sailing Championship at Khadakwasla Lake, Pune next month. My focus will be on 2 main activities - Plank and skipping rope.
